Sir William Ayloffe

He died in 1675, without surviving issue. He was buried at Braxted, Essex, England. Sir William Ayloffe, 3rd Bt. gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Regiment. He fought in the siege of Colchester. He succeeded to the title of3rd Ba ronet Ayloffe, of Braxted Magna, co. Essex [E., 1611] in 1662, then "of Great Braxted, co. Essex."
