He married, firstly, Catherine Sterne, daughter of John Sterne. He married, secondly, Barbara Sexton, daughter of Thomas Sexton, before 1617. He and Alice Stokes obtained a marriage license on 4 December 1621 at Westminster, London, England. He die d on 5 August 1627. He was buried at Braxted Magna, Essex, England. Sir William Ayloffe, 1st Bt. held the office of Sheriff of Essex from 1594 to 1595. He lived at Braxted, Essex, England. He was invested as a Knight on 5 May 1603 at Charter Ho use. He was created 1st Baronet Ayloffe, of Braxted Magna, co. Essex [England] on 25 November 1611. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Stockbridge from 1621 to 1622.
